Qualifiers:
  1. NF will be used on all maps.
  2. Top 64 qualifying players will go into a RO64 double-elimination bracket.
  3. The final qualifier lobby must be at 23:00 AEST, 21st of July.
  4. z-score was used as the seeding method for qualifiers.
    1. For each score per each player, we get the player's score, minus the average score for the map, and then divide the result by the standard deviation of all the scores for the map. This will produce a result. This will generally result in a map-score between -1 and 1, but can go higher or lower.
    2. Each team will receive a total score, which is the average of all the map-scores.
    3. The total scores are then scaled between 0 and 1.
Bracket Stage:
  1. Referees will create the lobby and invite players 10 minutes before the designated match time.
  2. Players have up to ten minutes after their designated start time to move into the lobby. Failure to show will result in a forfeit.
  3. If both players are absent, the higher seeded player will win by default.
  4. If a referee is not present, the match will be rescheduled.
  5. Matches will be played with NoFail on.
  6. If a player disconnects within the first 1/4 of a map, the map will be aborted and replayed. Any further disconnects during the match will result in a forfeit of that map.
  7. Roll winner will choose between picking 1st, picking 2nd, banning 1st, or banning 2nd. The roll loser will choose between the unchosen options.
  8. A 2 minute ban and pick timer will be enforced for all picks and bans.
  9. BO9s will consist of 1 ban, BO11s and BO13 with 2 bans.
  10. Each player is allowed one warmup. Warmups must not be longer than 4 minutes, must not be in the current week's mappool and must be a submitted map.
  11. If players tie scores on a map, neither player gets a point and the match continues as normal.
  12. If the match ends in a tie, players will play the tiebreaker. Each player must play with any of NoMod/HD/HR/HDHR.
