Uninstalled OSU in control Panel to free up space in my SSD,
my backed up OSU in the HDD external also got wiped out

Unless you happen to have a second backup then the only way without supporter is to redownload the maps that you find on your profile, or the Played filter with osu!supporter and recreate the collections manually
