Are you cooked? No.
For the first few days that I played this game, I played with no audio. I hit 5 digit with 86 profile acc. I was at a 6.5ish FC level although those maps would likely be 6.2ish now.
My acc slowly improved naturally, but I still didn't care a lot and it was always a weak point. At around rank 20kish (back then this meant that I had quite a few high 300 pp plays, I don't think I yet had a 400) I started paying much closer attention to my acc, in the mid 94s at the time, mostly because I saw that it was the sole reason I wasn't a 4 digit. I went back to lower star maps to practice fundamentals, started reading more actively, spent time practicing finger control and how to read streams. Slowly but surely, my accuracy has improved ever since. It sits in the mid 97s now, it's certainly not one of my strong suits but it's no longer strikingly low.
Now, what should you do now? You're in a relatively early stage of the game, so you can still easily build your fundamentals while not entirely sacrificing skillcap pushing. Read actively and make sure you aren't just lazily reacting to notes/going through the motions. Listen to the music. If these things are too hard for you to do on whatever you're currently playing, go play something easier.
Edit: Lol. I wrote all of this just to discover that you are a mania player. That changes things. Firstly, I am not very good at mania, so I won't try to offer as much advice, although I assume some parts of my advice are still good. But mania acc is a lot less representative of someone's actual ability to acc than standard acc, because in mania you can be rewarded significant pp for plays that aren't FCs/chokes, whereas in standard this is very rare. As a result, mania players' accuracies are typically lower, especially in the beginning.
