Electrical sensation after playing map

So recently since arround first 2024 i started to noticing that when im playing stream/general fast map for me in continuous time(above 30 mins), i got some kind of electrical shock rather than usual tingling or numbness, i take couple of little break(arround 1 week) and it seems didn't help, welp i dont have problem with this electrical shock sensation at my hand but it just feel weird. Is this even normal?

Edit:this sensation is triggered after playing the map and never during the map and this happened after i take a break from the game in 2023

I think i will keep playing until it affect my gameplay, it kinda act like release of tension on my hand imo

please pause playing and see a doctor just in case. I had this in my elbow a few years ago and it was due to an injury. tingling and numbness is not normal either. if you have an injury and keep playing through it, you could potentially have problems with your hands outside of osu for years into the future. be careful.

Fellow countryman. I would settle my suspicion on you being a try-hard and or too much tapping action in a relatively short span of time (anw it meant too much stress on the wrist or of some sort). Hypothesis being something in your wrist is off place just like what we know as "urat kecepit" or "sendi geser", you should try to relax more in the future and go see a therapist. Because most doctors suck your money like a succubus.

I indeed play fast map that required a lot tap in short amount of time hence it only happened on that session, for relax thing i dont know how to do it since my hand naturally tense up for >210 bpm map. In extreme case i even kinda feel my bones in arm touched each other. But yeah i recently tried to relax my hand for faster map. I will be careful not overstressed my hand next play

Thanks for the warning, this actually happened after taking pretty long break in 2023(not full break, sometimes i play casually when my friend invited me to play). It seems to happened cuz me trying to do faster map compared to back then and start to over tensed my hand. I will be careful next time👍
