On the "Updates" section, there's a button to move the osu!lazer installation (the fourth one)

But this way only can move the 'Data folder' not the 'installation forlder'
After some tries, maybe osu!lazer can't change the installation forlder. But this problem can solved by mklink. this page describe how to use mklink, or you can use some tools to move it. such as "FolderMove"
There may be some grammatical errors, thank your understanding
