Problem details: XP-Pen g430s v2, cursor is lagging behind when i drag, its like smoothly following behind like a trail instead of snapping where i snap my cursor to.. but its fast and responsive if i hover (i don't hover) using opentabletdriver 0.6.4.0

See if you can get in contact with XP PEN's support team here. As this is an issue happening outside of osu! there is not much that we can do.
