So long as he only plays on his account it's fine. Shared pc is perfectly okay (how the hell do we enforce you two playing on separate computers anyways), but playing on the same account is not.toortyb1 wrote:

On paper it's fine but honestly I'd be really careful because I know several people who were in a similar position and then got banned for one reason or another.

As long as he's not playing on your account and that you're not playing on his, you should be 100% fine.
If anything, don't hesitate to contact accounts@ppy.sh if you encounter any problems concerning this. This is useful if your brother's account has been falsely restricted for example.
