[Archived] Problems with osu direct after installing lazer

Problem details: Whenever I try to download a map on the website using osu direct it opens the map in osu! lazer when I'd want it to open in stable. Is there any way I can change osu direct to default to osu! stable again without uninstalling lazer?

I'm using firefox btw


osu! version: Cutting Edge 20240507

Try and download the map like normal, right click the download go to "open in..." and select the osu!.exe for stable and see if that helps.

If it doesnt then you might want to try and drag and drop the .osz into stable and see if that fixes the permissions.
