Has there ever in the history of all of Off-Topic been a GMT created thread locked by another GMT?

For my research into the GMT and the system they uphold, I am wondering if there are historical examples of a GMT locking a thread from another GMT. I know that in the past some GMT's lock their own threads (think: abraker's first 'god' thread) but I want to know if a GMT has locked another GMT's thread.

Don't listen to abraker he is trying to create dichotomy between civilized and "loony" denizens. You must agree with the GMT tyranny to be considered a civilized member of OT society. If not, you are, in the words of the 'braker, a "loony"
