At the beginning of the map or during it, my fps drops from 960-999 and 1ms to about 300 or 144 (my monitor refresh rate) and 3-10ms. When I alt-tab, my fps and latency return to normal. The drop often happens at the same point of the map. Changing skin, osu! settings and fps limit doesn't help.
