I am a pass degenerate, that mean I just react fast on the circle I see. Sadly I get used to it to the point of thinking I was decent at the game (lol).
Finally decided to learn the game, I read most of forum post for “getting better” and the main things I need to do is play more ~rhythmic~ based map and actually listen to the song instead of relying on my eyes.
But, like all pass degenerate that respect themselves, my map pool is pretty much only aim/fast aim with some tech and famous map.
Can y’all link me some good map in pretty much all aspects of rhythm skill set please 🙏

(accuracy, finger control, stream, consistency… pretty much anything that can train my overall tapping)

(And if you have some advice I take them all)
Mother Nature
For stream/bursts and finger control I have these maps :

beatmapsets/1589411 (finger control 180-230bpm)
beatmapsets/1151942 (warmup stream/bursts 170-200bpm)
beatmapsets/43701 (old stream practice 142-220bpm)
beatmapsets/859515 (semi-spaced stream 160-260bpm)
beatmapsets/956519 (deathstream 120-422bpm)

Here are my personal favorites :

beatmapsets/869649#osu/1939172 (finger control 153bpm)
beatmapsets/1470072#osu/3018109 (long stream 170bpm)
beatmapsets/694464#osu/1469240 (long stream 180bpm)
beatmapsets/1526448#osu/3148929 (long stream 190bpm)
beatmapsets/58951#osu/176960 (old long stream 200bpm)

Also, if you're searching for more stream maps, you can download aetrna's best scores like I did!

Just play 3* maps with AR<=8 with no mods and try to focus more on how you react and play each note. don't just focus on trying to hit each note right as you see it, but work on timing your notes to the approach circle properly, alongside expanding your vision to take in the next few notes that are coming in so you can mentally prepare for a jump or circle pattern or whether you have a single note or triplet or burst or whatever.

I'm not going to say that specific map recs are bad, but it sounds more like you need to work on reading and rhythm sense in general, not just on specific map types. Finding maps that have a really basic map structure (simple circle/slider reading with some 3- or 5-note bursts for flavor) at a relatively slow bpm (120-170) and playing those for a while would probably help.

most rap maps, camellia, m2u, beatmania songs, rin, cysmix, tieff
if you want more speed - phonk songs, memme, xi

you can try ii-l songs and polyrhythm but that's quite advanced stuff so I wouldn't recommend overplaying them for now
this map too falls in that category
beatmapsets/1777724#osu/3797055

start simple so you don't end up mashing, and try songs that are out of your skill range on HT

oh and, do play "farm" (consistent bpm jump maps) maps, try to really hone them down because that consistency helps a ton in playing more complex stuff, it's like training your internal metronome, just make sure you're playing in a difficulty that's easy enough that you're not focusing all your energy on aim. tonehh's map pack has good stuff:

5*s technical maps would be a good starter

beatmapsets/803415#osu/1725174 (Finger control and Consistency)
beatmapsets/832309#osu/1985430 (Finger control and Technical sliders)
beatmapsets/1546547#osu/3184138 (Flow aim and Consistency)
beatmapsets/1022514#osu/2139224 (Tech and Alternating)

yep you're right but I'm kinda rhythm blind if that exist, (starting the game with 4* may not have helped tho)
I just assumed that on those type of map (more in finger control since I view them as goreshit map) it would be more easy to guess and therefore get used to it for harder rhythm "guessing" map (that is probably just a me things tho).
For exemple a "easy rhythm guessing map" would be a stream/burst sync with some strong hit-hat like a ~lot~ of tech song that got mapped (like this one beatmapsets/57460#osu/173196),
a hard one would be (for me at least) those metal/rock map that are streamy where i can't even figure on what aspect of the song i need to listen just to try to get the stream right
If that make any sense
anyway playing more and building those brain connection is always the awnser :D so it's time to click on those circle at the right moment
