What are the rules of getting FCs?

I find that in my scores even when I do 0 misses and 0 bads and that my combo is the same as the full one, i even used sudden death(as you can see in the immage)
I don't get an actual fullcombo why is that?

I'm tempted to say you didn't get a full combo because you released too soon on a long note, but not soon enough to break your combo.

in lazer this should be an fc afaik

It has been fixed in lazer yeah! If you look at the ranking with lazer mode enabled, you will see that everything is more linear : beatmapsets/320118#mania/760464

I think i found out why, ig it's the score next to the 100 that has to be 0 too, what score is that btw?
