[Archived] invisible border when trying to play

i use a Huion Inspiroy H640P and there are invisible borders whenever i try to play.

raw input is off
windows ink is off

i've no clue what it is that's wrong.

yes, if it's the working area you're talking about. the tablet works fine everywhere else, it only happens in osu.

could it be that it's because my tablet is old? i've had it for probably 3-4 years now.

Try seeing if there are any updates for the software, otherwise try enabling then disabling it, if not tried already. Make sure that your tablet is not switching profiles or anything when osu! is opening.

i've also tried the above to no avail. the only fix i think i have is:

- opening osu
- setting my tablet's working area to "full area"
- dragging my pen around in the osu window
- setting my tablet's working area back to my usual working area

after doing the steps above, it works just fine for me. otherwise, the invisible borders appear. i don't mind having to do these sequence of steps just to play the game properly (even if it is a bit of a hindrance) but it's not something that has ever happened to me before.
