I'm not sure if you're asking for maps to gain rank or why you're stuck at that rank.
In any case, you need to have higher pp scores so you'll gain pp and be at higher rank, easier said that done i know but that's how it is.
Also remember that it's like a global pp leaderboard so every day people sings up and/or plays and will surpass you.
