How to change the spinner glow color for a beatmap skin?

I searched about it on the forum without result, sorry if it's explained somewhere yet.

Hi!
I made a spinner skin for a beatmap with these files names:
- spinner-bottom.png
- spinner-middle.png
- spinner-middle2.png
- spinner-top.png
- spinner-clear.png
- spinner-glow.png
- spinner-spin.png

The problem is that even if the spinner glow is white, it appears blue. I tried to change the color, but it only changed the opacity of the glow.
Is it possible to change the glow color? How?
