Few months ago I switched from mouse to tablet and now I still have more misses on maps that I played before I started playing on the tablet. Should I just play with mouse?

mouse aim skills don't really transfer to tablet, and tablet is only imo easier to get better than mouse at aiming

It happened to me as well. When I got my tablet, my skill went back to a newbie but eventually, I got used to it after a week, maybe faster than some people
Tablet brings you a new experience, and maybe a better way to improve as most high ranks use tablet. Ofc you can be different but tablet could be fun and worth to play
You can try using a multi-functional tablet driver like OpenTabletDriver, try adjust your tablet area that fit you or take reference from top players's area. Try to play in a few weeks and you'll see the differences

There are former mouse players who tried tablet for a few months and enjoyed it despite how difficult it was to get used to it, but also other mouse players who tried tablet for the same length but ended up going back to their previous playstyle because it feels better.
A popular playstyle doesn't mean you will objectively become better at aim. Try what you want to try and if it feels good for you, then you can improve on it.
