Getting higher BPM streaming/bursting

Hey there!

Recently I have been paying attention to the types of maps I can get good accuracy, and the ones I could potentially improve.

My goal was to be able to stream 200bpm comfortably and stop there (there is a map I wanted to play which is 200bpm), however it feels like I will be forever stuck at 175bpm deathstreaming
Yes I can burst at way higher, something like 220bpm

The issue I am facing is that not a single time I am able to feel the "burn" in my tapping hand or arm. Only my aim hand experiences that. I made the mistake of playing finger control maps way above my level when I was learning 3 stars about one or two years ago, as in I would keep spamming those burst maps until I could pass them. Now, it feels like "infinite stamina" but clearly my fingers do not want to cooperate, and they slow down.

Although, one day after taking two days break and then immediately putting some DT on, I was able to stream 200bpm at OD9 for a little bit, although it did not last long

Is this my fingers getting fatigued from a lot of playtime? Or perhaps some kind of damage?

I think it's natural for your hands to tire before you feel a burning sensation. I have to have been out of stamina for a long time before I feel a burning sensation.
