Hello everyone I have a problem with a friend who also plays Osu:mania, when I showed him replays, he got to my skin and said that it was not legit and that it was an LN skin, (he did not like that my sliders were a little shorter than his) So let's get back to the topic, the question is, playing on such a skin (motuus's) Is it legal or am I wrong?

There is some skins that would be LN cut, but those are "legal".
You are allowed to play on whichever skin that you want. Don't worry about it being a "cheat". If you want to learn more about LN cut, I'd suggest looking into it. I forgot if there was any problems in terms of developing LN skill.

Maybe someone else can explain it.

a ton of popular skins use percy so its not too big of a deal, though some people might disagree.

personally, I don’t consider it a cheat because even though I main percy I can still read non-percy perfectly fine at a high level.

some people might even consider it a disadvantage because of the hit to accuracy it sometimes causes but its just a matter of getting used to it.
