I'm currently using virtual audio cable to record some osu videos, I'm using a usb headphone so VAC is needed to split the audio between headphone and the recording device (elgato)

my question is, can you delay just the audio without affecting the input delay, and how?
I just need a 20ms delay to adjust.

Adjust Universal Offset in options delays the music without affecting input.
