[Archived] Why my osu cannot be extrart osz files

I have a problem everytime i tryna dowload a new osu map.i keep getting error like beatmap cannot be extract and it says the files is incomplete and corrupted. I have reinstalling the game for 3 times and no problem are solved……

I just wanna play mania🗿

You can also drop the .osz file in the Songs folder and press F5 to see if it could be any better, but if it doesn't work as well, then you can do it the harder way.

Open .osz files in winrar (or any similar app), create a folder with any name (preferably how the .osz file is named) in Songs folder, extract the contents there and press F5 in osu.

what MusicRitman said is true, but this does not fix the issue if the map is corrupted or simply broken. What map are you trying to import, if there is a link to the map please post it.
