[Archived] Consistent Stutters

Problem details: The game stutters at seemingly consistent intervals. While the game runs smoothly otherwise, about every second the FPS drops for a fraction of a second and goes back up. The issue started recently with no major changes. I have tried reinstalling, resetting settings to default, and many other fixes I found, yet nothing helps. The same problem happens on stable as well.

Update your graphics card drivers and if that does not help and you have NVIDIA card then try disabling NVIDIA game overlay inside GeForce Experience.

Tried both and didn't work.

Did you recently start using a new skin? Do you get these stutters on the default skin?

No, I've been using the same skin. I get the stutters on the default skin too.

PP grind
- Update Graphic card drivers

- use high performance mode in windows(energy save plan)

- try to set in osu osu to high priority

- stop unused apps in the backgound (steam , epicgames etc)

thats all of that i can think off

Tried all of these too, still the same stutters
