Overall
You might want to try to add a background pic on all diffs and then maybe a video (video is optional)
Also i think its better if you use:
Offset: 450 (this is my opinion, check it out to see if you think is correct though)
Rememebr if u do this, go to the top and click Timing - Resnap all Notes - Yes
ALso, go to Song set-up, add *Nobodyknows* as the Artist of the song
and add *Naruto SHippuuden Opening* in Source
Try using *Tiny* girds so that u can place your notes with more accuracy *go to View - grid level - 3*
ALso the Note volume is a bit high... try reducing the volume so that the song can be heard better also

Capitalize the source please. ie: Naruto Shippuuden
Remove naruto shippuden (it's already used in the source), anime (BAT will label the genre before ranking), and 1st (too generic and won't help find map in search) from tags.

Use an Offset of 435, it sounds better. (Resnap afterwards)
There isn't a preview point set, 00:28:127 should be good.
The BG you're currently having is 960 x 768, can you make it 1024 x 768?
