It depends on person to person, so there's no exact answer for that (if you mean getting 1k total pp). It took 3–4 months for me to reach 1k total pp, as I played consistently. Some may even reach 1k total pp earlier lel.
If you mean getting a 1k pp play though, then you need to get very good at this game, which can take years lel.
