Why is my osu not updating my highest combo...?

I already reached more than 1k combo but my profile only says that I reached 577...
Is it because the 577 one had 99% accuracy?
I'm asking because I'm still new to osu and I don't fully understand how it works yet.

Can you send a screenshot of the two plays on your local leaderboard?

Or send the beatmap this 577 and 1k+ combo was on?

I see the problem, the top screenshot you linked is a Mania map.
In order to see your Mania stats use this button (screenshot)

osu has 4 modes, and the stats are not combined, but separated on the profile too.

Also for the future, you can make screenshots using Shift + F12, this way they will automatically upload with a shareable link.


Edit: replaced screenshot with one from your profile, so the main mode (star) is accurate
