It depends. The most popular keyboards would be keyboards with gateron red switches. But it may not feel comfortable to you or is the best option.
I'd suggest watching a video about different types of switches, do some research and see what is best for you.
Personally, I do use a hyperx origins keyboard with red mechanical switches, but am conflicted with blue switches due to the different feel. I kind of swap between them as of current.
