I had to go through inspect element to find the picture aswell as it's a facebook picture and as such does not allow embedding.

Anyways, I managed to recreate it. When starting a hold slider from further in the map, and then dragging it back down to where you want it to start, it creates this effect.

Actually, it's now officially impossible.

Ran that part through with the "auto" mod and the AI even missed it, although it always gets an SS on everything else.
