[Archived] Direct is not working

I recently bought a supporter and when i try to download map it just says initialising and stuck here forever

I tried it in multiplayer, so the internet connection should be fine.

Also i had supporter like a year ago, and everything was good

Are you 100% sure your transaction went through? It has not shown up on your profile that you repurchased osu!support (on the little recent thing)

I am, cause then i would not have direct in the osu completely?

recent thing is not showing it, cause i bought it like 2 weeks ago or more, but just notice that direct not working

also i have supporter tag
