Implement a 3rd key in osu standard! This will work in a way that people can keep up with the current speed meta, just a consideration.

Isn't it already in Lazer?

you can already have a third key if you can map your m1 or m2 key to your keyboard. It just isn't wise because learning to tap 3 fingers in tempo/rhythm to a game is sometimes hard to get used to.

Solution: Get better at speed

there is already a 3rd key, it's smoke. It's assigned to the C key by default. You might be talking about a 3rd key for you to press to hit the objects. However, only a small amount of people need a 3rd key for some reason, and it's useless in my opinion

Iirc, you can bind your 2 mouse buttons to keys which can make it 4 keys

nobody has mentioned yet the added restriction that you can't press corresponding K and M buttons at the same time, e.g. you must release K1 before pressing M1. it usually isn't practical to play like this and so nobody really does it

restrictions on how many inputs you have are intentional and won't change. it's a core design choice that sets the style and difficulty of the gamemode
