💧The tourney will undergo official osu! staff screening.💧
💧This is an international draft tournament, EXPECT UNCOMFORTABLE PLAYING TIMES.💧
Qualifier Procedures
💧Be respectful to other players in your lobby and to your ref. We won’t tolerate staff abuse,
they’re trying their best. Toxic behavior is not welcome.💧
💧Lobby list with dates and times will be released Monday after the pool is revealed. If no lobbies work for you,
you may request an extra lobby. Up to 15 extra (EX) lobbies will be allowed to be created.💧
💧You will get a ping 15 minutes prior to your lobby time and will be pinged again after invites are
sent to you in game. If you do not receive the invite dm the ref in game.💧
💧If you are 10 minutes late the lobby will start without and you will need to reschedule to a different lobby.💧
💧There are no warmups, and you will play the maps in order as they appear on the main sheet from NM1 -> EZ1. 💧
💧The referee can enforce timers if you are taking too long.💧
💧If you disconnect once during a map you can replay that map at the end of the lobby. If you disconnect more than once you will have to reschedule to a different lobby and the scores from your current lobby will be discarded.💧
Draft Procedures
💧Draft will take place the weekend following qualifiers or after screening results have gotten back from osu! Support. Entirely depends on how long osu! staff takes to get the screening list back to us.💧
💧Captains will be hand picked by the host with help from the staff team prior to qualifiers.💧
💧The captain list will be made of players as equal in skill level as possible, and not just the 16 best players in the tournament.💧
💧Draft will be scheduled such that the most captains possible can be present for it.💧
💧If a captain cannot be at the draft, they may assign a proxy captain to bid in their place.💧
💧The proxy may not be a staff member or helper in the tourney.💧
💧Let the host know who your proxy is as soon as you can so they can be added to the server.💧
💧Draft will be done in serpentine order: 1 -> 16, 16 -> 1, 1 -> 16, 16 -> 1💧
💧Captains have 90 seconds to select a player. If a selection is not made, the captain will be skipped.💧
💧YOU HAVE ONE CHANCE to miss your pick, any other missed picks will be skipped.💧
💧Skipped picks will be noted and after the standard draft order is done, we will go back and go through skipped picks maintaining serpentine order.💧
💧Team seeding after the draft will be done randomly using the Marble Stream Game. Using the marble game for a more fun viewing experience on stream rather than just throwing the teams into a random number generator.💧
Match Procedures
💧YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 PLAYERS PRESENT TO START THE MATCH.💧
💧If you do not have 3 players physically able to play the match you will be forced to ff.💧
💧Be respectful to your opponents and to your ref. We won’t tolerate staff abuse,
they’re trying their best. Toxic behavior is not welcome.💧
💧Assigned ref will ping you 15 minutes before match start and will
send out invites 5 minutes before match start. If you do not receive the invite dm the ref in game.💧
💧If you are 10 minutes late you lose your ban(s), 15 minutes late and you forfeit the match.💧
💧NO WARMUPS.💧
💧Team captains will roll to decide pick/ban order. Highest roll will pick
either 1st pick or 1st ban. 1st pick=2nd ban, 1st ban=2nd pick.💧
💧Please keep the shenanigans with rolling to a minimum. While it can be fun to mess around,
it can confuse the ref and disrupt the start of the match.💧
Timer Rules
💧Each pick/ban has a timer of 120 seconds. If the timer runs out and you have
not picked then you forfeit that pick to the opposing team. If you have not banned then
you lose that ban, but the opposing team does not get an extra ban. Preparing your picks and
bans ahead of time will help allow the match to run smoothly.💧
💧YOU GET 1 WARNING. If you ban after the timer has run out again it will not
be counted and you lose that ban. If you pick after the timer has run out again it will not be
counted and the opposing team gets to pick instead. (If A loses current pick, the pick order
will be BBABAB instead of ABABAB)💧
💧Refs can and will enforce the ready up timers if needed, which is 90 seconds.💧
💧Each team is permitted a single 2 min timeout if needed per match.💧
💧A timeout will be added to the end of whatever timer there currently is.
Ex: pick timer, ban timer, roster timer etc💧
💧If during a pick and/or ban timer, you MUST provide the pick/ban before the normal timer ends.
NOT before the timeout ends.💧
Ban Rules
💧Cannot double ban except for NM.
This means a single team cannot ban more than 1 map from the same mod pool.💧
💧Ban order is ABBA.💧
💧An entire mod pool cannot be banned.
This means if there are 2 HDs and a team bans HD1, HD2 cannot be banned.💧
Pick Rules
💧Cannot double pick except for NM.
This means a single team cannot pick a map from the same mod pool 2 picks in a row.💧
💧Example: Team 1 picks HD1, Team 2 picks HR1.
Team 1 must now pick a map that is not HD.💧
Freemod Rules
💧1 player must pick a reading mod (HD, EZ, FL, EZHD, EZFL)
and another player must pick a HR mod (HR or HDHR). The 3rd player may use NM
or any of the other mod combos above.💧
💧EZ multiplier is 1.7x. FL multiplier is 1.4x. EZFL multiplier is 2.15x.💧
💧Tiebreaker is freemod but not forcemod. You can play tiebreaker with NM.💧
Rescheduling
💧If a team needs to reschedule, the burden falls on that team to reach out to their opponents to reschedule the match.💧
💧Contact your opponents AT LEAST 24 hours prior to match start time to start rescheduling.💧
💧There is a SOFT schedule lock on the Friday of the weekend before matches are default scheduled to start, and that Saturday for LB potentials.💧
💧All this means is that we can deny a reschedule if it is after this time and we are unable to find a referee to cover the match.💧
💧We are going to try and get as many matches streamed as possible, but keep in mind that rescehdules
will potentially mean your match does not get streamed.💧
💧We understand that shit happens and things can come up last minute, if there are issues like that that occur,
CONTACT THE HOSTS ASAP so that something can potentially be worked out.💧
💧We cannot help you if we do not know you need help.💧
Disconnect Rules
💧If a player crashes or disconnects in the first 30 seconds, then an abort can be requested by the players.💧
💧You must have a valid reason to request an abort. Not doing well at the start of the map is not a reason to call an abort.💧
💧If a team does not request an abort, the score at the time of disconnect will be used if possible, or if a player can prove a higher score like in the situation described below, that will be counted instead.💧
💧If a player disconnects, but finishes the map and can provide reasonable proof of their score, their score will be counted. (Usually instances of this are caused by internet issues)💧
💧There is a limit of 2 aborts per team per match. This limit is specifically in place to prevent abuse of aborts.💧
