Why is mrekk's aim so flowy?

I've recently started watching some mrekk plays again and I realized compared to other people his aim is so much more flowy. It's satisfying to watch admittedly. Only problem he also has really snappy aim on other plays so I'm really confused.

Because it's 360 bpm cross screen jumps and he's aiming at lightspeed

If you try aiming as fast as you can your aim probably becomes flowy too. Either that or it becomes really pointy.

I couldn't think of a good word for it lol. I'm not sure if "snappy" is the right word, like your aim becomes excessively snappy if that makes sense.
