Just out of curiosity, I want to know which direction most people spin at.

Edit : I spin counterclockwise
Rewben2
counter4lyfe
aBunny_old

Plushies
CCW. Just like my sleep schedule orz
magzh
why you didn't add both directions as a possible answer.

I wasn't think about that option. I guess you can pick whichever you are more comfortable with then

i refuse to vote when people who do both are not represented

you radical heathen!

OT: counter clockwise will probably win by a decent margin as usual

unless you count the number of spins you do each direction (highly doubtful), you'll have a direction where you've spun more
Rio-
I spin Clockwise until 4 months playing osu!. From that time Until now, I spin CounterClockwise
Fateburn
Seems like that most people spins counterclockwise...
But I wonder that does the direction affects Spins Per Minute?Or that the speed is depending on how you spin, not the direction?

I started out spinning clockwise and it was just a mess...
Den I tried spinning counter and I stuck with it since then ;3

Do you alternate spinning directions in the same playthrough?

I've only seen one person do that in a top50 replay. TTTL...
Tari
Counter

Although most right-handers do that and vice versa for left-handers
Mamoru Senpai
Counter.

But no matter what direction I spin, I will never hit the 400.
Yano
CW feels comfortabler for me

(Right Handed)
Sunlyx
I mainly spin ACW.
But depending on if like the last slider directed me, I guess I'll follow lool.
BlueFlame
Clockwise.

Never changed the direction, since I feel very uncomfortable with spinning anticlockwise.
Blueprint
I span clock wise with mouse and now counter clockwise with the tab
DestinySonata
Either way. I tend to spin faster clockwise, but I have more control counter-clockwise

ccw is more natural for human beings thus it should be superior after learning the proper technique.
daredakke
CCW just feels better.

Probably a right-handed thing.

i agree. 450+ is easily possible on mouse with some practise.
AmaiHachimitsu
Oh right, I forgot to write that CCW is natural for right-handers
djjsixpack
Whichever way I feel like at that time.

Most of the time CCW I guess.

no

Seems like you never learned that technique : )

Just think, which way do you move your right hand/arm more frequently and takes less effort?? Inside, left, of course.

I can't spin ccw (I'm fine with 360-430 spins tho)

jokes on you my hand is inverted
TakuMii
Hi, I spun counter-clockwise when I played right-handed. I play left-handed now, and I still spin counter-clockwise.
NekomimiD
Oddly enough, I spin CCW with my Wacom and CW with my Huion 420.
NotCookie_old
CW. Trying to rotate CCW feels really hard, but that might be because I'm naturally left handed, using my pen in my right hand :>
Skriggniichan
Clockwise, my brain says no if I try to do otherwise.
Noffy
Counter-clockwise with my mouse which I play with my right hand
Clockwise with my tablet which I play with my left hand
I'm left handed when it comes to writing (though overall I'm mixed) so I can't hold a tablet pen properly in my right hand.

I'm a right-hander but I spin clockwise...
piruchan
CCW. Don't know why, my hand just moves that way whenever I see spinner.
MimiliaaMyMommy
Counterclockwise, I just do it automatically.
tokaku
I can't spin over 400 no matter how I spin... CW for me
AegisFTW
Spin CW, and I'm right handed. I have no idea how I would spin efficiently with CCW, seems so unnatural. I can complete spinners with around 275-300 with CW so I'm not great at spinning or bad, I'm just able to finish it so I really don't have to change for now I guess.
Valdyr
CW here, as well, getting up to 370/380 or so when my hand is really warmed up. I tried doing CCW but it ended up being sluggish and slooow every time I attempted CCW spinning.

CCW C:
FencerTJ
right handed w/ mouse clockwise, though I haven't really tried counterclockwise
Syden
it blows my mind about how a person can spin counter clockwise, it's basically natural to spin clockwise isn't it? my spinning is cut down by 90% if i spin counter clockwise, and i spin 440+ going clockwise.
NixXSkate
I spin counter clockwise, but I think spin direction heavily depends on position. My mouse is far out facing away from my keyboard. If it was close to me and facing toward my keyboard, then spinning clockwise would make a lot more sense.
Estrivy
CCW, with 350+ SPM while clockwise gives me 200+ SPM
Counter-Clockwise might be more natural for the majority of right handed users but it depends on what they're already used to doing.
Someone who wants to spin both directions can do it efficiently with enough practice though, by building muscle memory for that direction.
