[resolved] Cannot connect to bancho from Germany (Telekom)

Problem details:

Since around afternoon I suddenly wasn't able to connect to bancho anymore. Certain research resolved to perhaps my ISP, Telekom seem blocking bancho. I finally am able to connect to the game again using a VPN

please post your network.log without using a VPN.

Ok I disconnected the VPN again but somehow suddenly osu can again connect to the bancho. that's weird...
However in a different Thread Russia today seem to have/had same issue.

Let's hope it stays fixed :3

However, before I used the VPN i did a tracert to cho.ppy.sh https://pastebin.com/xL7P5s5F

a network.log wasn't available as I was on stable, not cutting edge before which doesnt create that file it seemed. I switched to cutting edge after the VPN...
