if its important to know, it happens most when doing turns and spaced streams. also if anyone knows how i can get better pen control (speed up, slow down, aim and all that), thatd be cool

Better pen control comes with practice, and finding a grip that is suitable. If you're used to something in your playstyle though I would recommend against changing it, and instead just getting in more practice.
