I'm trying to figure out if this thing I do is fruitless or a technique since I cannot find any info

The technique involves using your brachioradialis muscle or a muscle close to that one for uses of vibro/fast movement

If you know what this is called could you provide some info on proper form or how to maximize the speed for vibro please tell me

if you have no idea what I'm talking about or I'm just being stupid about something please tell me I have no idea what I'm doing
