[resolved] Wierd timeline ''bug?''

Problem Details:
Everytime I click on a note (singleclick, not doubleclick) on the timeline to move it the timeline just teleports right onto it and sometimes it moves the note really far away and messes my map up. Is there any way to fix this?

I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who uses approach rates of a circle to create blankets. This bug (or maybe intended update?) makes it so hard to do that now. :/ I have to move back the slider I want on timeline until the approach rate is the size I want.
