Problem details:

Im in Ukraine but idk why acc created in Poland

Just keep playing, if you are staying in the same country it will give you an option to change your flag after a couple months (4-6 I believe, not sure)

There are certain requirements that need to be met before you can be allowed to switch your flag. Those requirements, if you read through all of Jason X's message are listed there.

On top of playing consistently in that country for 4ish months, you need to NOT log into your osu account through other countries, and have previous data on where you are residing.

Be patient is what this boils down to.
