[resolved] Can the red tint be removed when the No-Fail mod is on?

I like to practice beatmaps beyond my difficulty level with the No-Fail mod, but I find the full screen red tint upon failure both visually distracting and mentally discouraging. I play No-Fail with the expectation that I'm going to fail, so there is no reason to visually broadcast failure to me so loudly. Can this be changed, please?
Also, am I posting in the right forum?

1. just disable Shader Effects in options http://puu.sh/7dyKv.png
2. you should've posted there or there (that isn't a bug so probably second link)
