Problem details:
I have a 1920x1080 resolution, and GT 1650 SUPER. It annoys me most that the game goes 10ms+ in fullscreen while going in windowed mode it goes to 2.0ms. From 480fps dropping to 110-180 fps
I don't really know what the issue exactly, I'm already running optimal. This been happening whenever I try to comeback to osu!, there's also no overlay running. Not even discord.
