We need more information to help you, like location of the url, error message, if possible a screenshot.
I can confirm the same issue I'm facing, I cannot use Lazer tournament client at all. I thought that this was a rate-limit issue but it's not, I can login to stable normally.

I would like this to be looked at as the tournament client is entirely unusable and I cannot stream tournament matches without it. If anyone has an idea what could be the issue, please share! Thanks!

I just had the same issue. What happened is that the game wasn't properly updating from inside the game path for some reason. I downloaded the exe from the website again and it properly updated. Then it just works.
