Hey! We are happy to announce to you our 4th iteration of GSHT! This year will be a draft tournament!

General Information

This is an international osu! standard 3v3 teams of 6 hidden draft tournament.
BWS will be enforced.
Screening will start once registrations are over.
All players that signed up are required to join the discord server.
No staff members are allowed to participate.
Captains will be picked based on how active and known they are in the tournament community.
After screening ends, The host (GaryWombo) will roll a dice of all 16 captains to determine the pick order.
When the last captain picks a player in the first round, the same captain picks again in the second round, then the pick order will go back up the list. Then the player who initially picked first in the first round picks twice in their turn. We will keep using this method until all captains drafted their chosen players.
there WILL NOT be a qualifier stage.
16 teams will play in the double elimination bracket stage after the draft.
All maps will be played with the Hidden mod.
RO16 will be Best of 9 with 1 ban.
Quarterfinals, Semifinals will be Best of 11 with 2 bans.
Finals and Grand Finals will be Best of 13 with 2 bans.

For TB, HD is required. But you can choose to go HDHR or any other additional mods if you wish.

Assuming screening takes 2 weeks after registration ends.

April 19 -> April 21 Ro16
April 26 -> April 28 Quaterfinals
May 3 -> May 5 Semifinals
May 10 -> May 12 Finals
May 17 -> May 19 Grand Finals

All players should respect the staff as we are trying our best to make this tournament run smoothly as possible. Any disrespect to staff members will not be tolerated.
If a player's rank is out of the rank limit (1k-20k) by the time the registration ends, the player will be out of the tournament and won't be eligible to play.
BWS Formula: BWS = rank^(0.9937^(badges^2))
Badges earned prior to 2021 are NOT counted towards BWS.
All players are required to join the discord server by the time drafting starts.

Match Procedures
The match lobby will be created by the referee. Captains will be invited to their respective lobbies 10 minutes before the match. The captain is then responsible for inviting the rest of their team. If the captain of a team is not online, the referee will invite any other player from that team, and that player will be responsible for inviting their team.
There will be grace period of 10 minutes past the match time for players to join. If the captains or the players is not in the lobby when the grace period ends, they will forfeit their match.
Matches will be played in ScoreV2, Team VS.
If a player technical issues within the first 30 seconds of a map, that map will be replayed. This will only be allowed once per team per match.
Each team is allowed 1 warmup before the match begins. (Max duration 4 minutes) But a team can also skip their warmup if they like.
Captains shall roll to determine the pick/ban order.
1. The roll winner decides between pick first / ban second OR pick second / ban first.
Double bans are not allowed, except for the hds only.
The picks will alternate between the players.
Teams may not skip the bans. They must ban a map.
Teams have 2 minutes to pick/ban maps. If they fail to pick / ban a map, their opponents will decide the pick / ban.

Winner - Profile badge (pending) + 2 months osu! supporter for each player + Profile Banner
2nd place - 1 month osu! supporter for each player + Profile Banner
3rd place - Profile Banner
