- ranks #1000-#9999
- double bracket
- scorev2+NF always
- HD can always be added to: HR, DT, TB
- !roll winner can decide whether they want to ban first and pick 2nd or if they prefer to ban 2nd and pick first
- warmups allowed, maximum 3minutes length.
- after qualifiers there will be 16 participants advancing to the bracket stage
