Problem Details:
-When i submitt the beatmap i got some problem. the notice is "Couldn't connect to the beatmap submission service, Check if you're connected to the internet and try again" , theres no problem on my internet though.. i thought its because my sucks internet, but someone tell about this problem too.. so thats why i report this.
