Problem details:
I was initially aving the same problem as this forum here: community/forums/topics/1741433?n=1 which is solved, BUT there is another problem. The problem was that my tablet kept freezing in osu Lazer! This is fixed by turning off High Precision Mouse. But, that makes ANOTHER problem, for some reason, despite not having mouse acceleration on on my tablet, and it working completely normally without acceleration in art programs and in normal Osu!, Osu Lazer suddenly ADDS mouse acceleration to my tablet. There is not acceleration on with High Precision Mouse, but it freezes my tablet position constantly if it is on.
I use a Wacom Intuos CTL-490 drawing tablet, as well as using the Wacom driver it comes with.
In the driver, I use my tablet in "Mouse" mode and not "Pen" mode. Mouse mode; not locking my tablet to only the screen size on one monitor, and not making my mouse teleport whenever I tap different positions on the tablet. I've tried turning off the Wacom driver and just using Osu Lazer's tracking, but when I do that it locks my mouse positions to specific parts of my tablet; the same as just turning my tablet into Pen mode. Basically, I just like being able to place my hand anywhere on my tablet without the mouse teleporting.

I'm not sure if the mouse acceleration is noticeable on video, but it basically makes playing on tablet unplayable.
