[Archived] No rank increase despite accuracy heavily affected by the fc play

I'm relatively new, so I wonder is it a common thing?

Problem details: rank doesn't change after a fc play on 4.9 star map. The score was loading for a long time and I quit the waiting page and after a while I found out my acc decreases and pp increased. I'm 6 digit so I think it is a bug.

You can still fc maps with low accuracy.
Combo will only count towards an FC.
Since you got a very low acc FC play, your overall accuracy took a big hit.
If this were worth less pp but you had the same accuracy, your overall accuracy would take a more lenient hit.

I see, thanks. But my rank didn't increase at all after the play, is that normal?

I mean it seems like you gained a bit, just not a lot.

Sometimes, you will not get any pp in the loading screen. That just means the score was not updated and that is fine. You will need to submit a different play (of a different map that will give any amount of pp) in order to update the pervious one.

Seeing that you already done that, I assume you already gained something.

I see, I do gained 8k in ranking after the next play on another map. Much appreciated!
