Problem details:
I just played a random map and I suddenly gained 200 total pp but there's no medal for reaching 5k rank

osu! version: Stable 20240123 (latest)

I assume you are talking about the lazer pp gain.
You aren't supposed to have that bonus pp, and it is getting fixed soon.

I also believe you don't get medals in lazer yet iirc
