Problem details:

Unable to play beatmaps on osu! multiplayer only occurs when loading the map

osu! version: Stable 20240102.2

The host or you might have to update the map. Also we can't see the screenshot, try uploading on an image host website like https://imgbb.com/ and then paste the link so we can see it. Or do shift+f12 to upload the screenshot directly to osu!

It seems to have resolved itself after redownloading osu!, the process of redownloading the game must have moved to the beatmaps to the correct spot i assume anyways, can say that this isuue is resolved
