Lately I have been having problems with the spinners. It will not let me spin. The cursor just drifts away and doesn't go in circles. It is fine going in circles before the spinner, but is not even close during it. I'm on Windows 7 64bit.
Are you using the default skin? I experience spinner issues when using spinners probably of some hardware difficulty(fps drops). Try other skins and see if it helps.
