if the "forgot password" button on the website doesnt work or you are unable to get access to your email thats associated with your osu! account then youll need to email accounts@ppy.sh describing the issue. Youll have to prove its your account and such so be prepared and make sure that you follow their instructions exactly.
Meaning this account (mint_frog404) or a different one?
(If a different one I assume you've created this account to ask for help)
Either way, please use the password recovery page to reset your password.
If you have lost access to your email address used to sign-up or have other problems with the password recovery, then send an email to accounts@ppy.sh and explain your situation.

yes it's mint_frog404 when i open the tab it just goes to home page in confeused

If you are logged in it simply redirects to the home page.

how do i log out?
On the top right you can see your avatar, click on it then the menu will appear, there you can select the option to "sign out".
