I want the same/similar short percy long notes from this skin

I like the eliminate skin but I suck at hitting the long notes so I want the short percy long notes from the other skin added on to this one

a percy LN is a hold note with its tail either faded out or cut short. these can make reading easier.

The skin you're trying to port the notes into has a different directory set up in the skin.ini file. This means no matter what you do with the new files it'll always read the previous files as they're in the marked folder. The text under the 4k settings tells the game which file folders to dig through in order to find the note images. In its current state its set up to go from Mania (folder) -> arrows (folder) -> [name of the image file]. All your files are in a different folder named arrownote.

In order to fix the issue I'd paste all the new files you want into the "arrows" folder and then change the last line of the text in the skin.ini to the corresponding note. Important to note that NoteImage0 is the non-LN note, NoteImage0H is the head of the LN, NoteImage0L is the center of the LN, and NoteImage0T is the tail of the LN. Each line should end up looking like this:




Another option would be renaming the files to their original names (mania-noteX, mania-noteXH, mania-noteXL, mania-noteXT) and then just deleting all of the file directory stuff in the skin.ini to reset the skin to the default settings. The downside of this would be a messier skin folder but its up to you.
