  1. ampy’s Reverse Draft (aRD) is an international 4v4 tournament with team size 8.
  2. The rank range is #1,000 - #99,999 with standard BWS (badge weighted seeding).
  3. Teams will be formed through the "reverse draft" format.

  1. Each player registers as an individual. Registered players must join the Discord server for the draft.
  2. BWS ranks will lock when registrations close.
  3. The top 128 players by BWS rank who make it through screening will participate in the draft.
  4. There are 16 empty teams at the beginning of the draft, each of which can have a maximum of 8 players.
  5. The first player in the draft order chooses one of the teams to join, then the second player in the draft order chooses one of the teams to join, etc. This continues until all players have selected a team.
  6. A player may join any team that does not already have 8 members. For example, the first 8 players in the draft could in theory join the same team.
  7. The draft order will be determined by BWS ranks. Players will be placed in descending order by BWS rank, such that the players closest to rank 1000 pick last.
  8. If a player expects that they will not be available during the draft, they can assign a proxy to choose a team on their behalf. The proxy cannot be a staff member or another player in the draft.
  9. Each player is allowed 90 seconds to pick. If they fail to choose a team within this timespan, they will be assigned to the team with the fewest members. If multiple teams are tied in this respect, the player will be randomly assigned to one of those teams.
  10. The completed teams will compete in a double-elimination bracket, with a bracket reset if needed. Teams will be seeded by the average BWS of their players.

  1. There are no warmups.
  2. Each team must roll at the beginning of the match. The winner of the roll chooses the pick order or the ban order. The loser of the roll then chooses the remaining order.
  3. A team forfeits the match if they do not have four players ready to play 10 minutes in.
  4. There are no restrictions on picks - double picking is allowed. Picks alternate between teams.
  5. Banning two maps from the same mod pool, also known as double banning, is also allowed.
  6. In Finals and Grand Finals, the ban order is ABBA.
  7. 90 second timers will be used for bans, picks, and preparing rosters before maps.
  8. All maps will be played with ScoreV2 and NoFail.
  9. Teams may ask for a map to be aborted within the first 30 seconds if they experience technical issues. The referee will apply common sense to handle disconnections beyond this point.
  10. Each team can call a 2 minute timeout preceding one of their own picks.
  11. Tiebreakers can be played with HD, HR, or HDHR, but players do not need to take any mods.
